Les candidats doivent \u00eatre fran\u00e7ais ou avoir un dipl\u00f4me reconnu par l\u2019\u00c9tat fran\u00e7ais et \u00eatre \u00e2g\u00e9s de moins de 35 ans (voir r\u00e8glements).
